Choosing your dining table

What does filled and honed travertine mean?

Filling closes the stone's natural cavities, while honing creates a smooth matte surface. Holvi and Kerros use filled, honed tops. Natural bands and tone still vary, so discuss material references when coordinating with floors, walls or other stone.

How much space does the base leave for chairs?

Holvi's U-shaped legs and Kerros's central plinth create different seating layouts. Check the clear space between supports and the depth available for knees. The size of the top alone does not tell you how an armchair will fit.

What should I plan for care and installation?

Travertine needs prompt spill cleanup and protection from acidic liquids. Ask for finish-specific care guidance. These stone tables arrive in separate components for assembly; confirm the access route and handling arrangements for your chosen size.
