Which diameter seats four or six?
Kivi Round and Joki list 47.2-inch (120 cm) tops for four and 59.1-inch (150 cm) tops for six. Check the width of your chairs and desired place settings; listed seating is a starting point, not a guarantee for every chair design.
Will a round table save space?
It depends on the room. A round top avoids corners but still needs clearance on every side. Mark out the circle, place your chairs around it and test the route past them with someone seated. Include nearby cabinets and door swings.
Does a pedestal mean unrestricted legroom?
The cone or fluted foot still takes up space at floor level. Check the base dimensions and your chair-leg positions. Choose the marble or wood-and-stone finish after considering both its appearance and its care requirements.
