Choosing your dining table

Wood or stone for a Japandi dining room?

Wood emphasizes grain and warmth; a honed stone top adds a mineral surface. Kaarna pairs marble with a wood trestle, while Torno offers wood and travertine options. Compare the care needs of the selected finish as well as its color.

Which base works with my seating?

A pedestal, a trestle and a row of columns create different places for chairs and feet. Kaarna's central side legs need a planned layout; larger tables such as Ruoko and Rivi require careful spacing. Check the exact design rather than relying on the style label.

How do I select the right scale?

Mark out the top with chairs pulled back and keep an unobstructed route around it. Choose for your usual number of diners first. Send a room plan if a standard size leaves too little space or if you are considering custom dimensions.
